Frequently Asked Questions

Are your products organic?

Our products are made with organic ingredients, though the product itself is not certified organic.

Are your products suitable for children?

Please discuss with your child’s health practitioner. In general, the alcohol content from herbal tinctures in a single serving is about the amount in ripe fruit. If you decide to use herbs internally with a child, which we do, the serving size is significantly less. Start with 1-10 drops (depending on weight).

Which of your products are breastfeeding or pregnancy safe?

We use the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) Botanical Safety Handbook as a guide to deduce whether an herb in a formula is generally considered safe during breastfeeding or pregnancy. However, "generally considered safe" is different for everyone and you should ask your health practitioner before use.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of alcohol-based tinctures is 2-5 years, depending on the percentage of alcohol used in the extraction method. We recommend using within a 1-2 years of opening.

Can your products be taken together?

Yes, our products can be taken together. Though we recommend taking a maximum of 2-3 products daily at once, and using others as tools on an as-needed basis so you can more easily discern which products are the right ones for you personally. As we are all bioindividual, it's important to ask your health practitioner before beginning or combining any dietary supplements within your regimen.

Do I need to refrigerate my products?

Our products are properly preserved and do not require it. Though we do recommend storing them in a cool, dark place for maximum freshness.

Do you accept returns?

Please see Shipping & Returns. All lost and damaged claims must be made through the USPS website. For damaged items, all boxes, packing materials, and damaged items must be saved until the claim is processed for USPS to validate your claim.

Do you ship internationally from the US?

Not at this time. Though we hope this changes in the future.
